Step 1: Gather your ingredients: oats, chia seeds, banana, milk, and vanilla.
Step 2: Dump it all in a bowl.
1/3 c. rolled oats
2 T. chia seeds
3/4 cup milk (almond, rice, coconut)
1/4 t. vanilla
1 tiny banana-mashed
Yield: 1-2 servings
Combine the above ingredients the night before. In the morning add: 2 drops stevia 1 T nut butter. Stir and enjoy!
