Take A Bath!

Epsom Salt Baths have long been used to help relieve sore muscles, soothe rashes, and promote skin health. Tonight, try this:

Add 1 lb. of epsom salts to a hot bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

Now wasn't that difficult :)???
